Paramedical camouflage course for Vermont artists, live 1:1 on Zoom
One-on-one scar and stretch mark camouflage training on Zoom for artists in Burlington, South Burlington, Montpelier, Rutland, Brattleboro and across Vermont. Live with Evelyn, same Eastern Time.

Camouflage training for Vermont artists
Burlington and the Champlain Valley hold most of Vermont's PMU and tattoo activity. Smaller cities have loyal clients but almost no camouflage specialists.
The SKINEAV 1:1 Zoom course teaches Vermont artists scar and stretch mark assessment, custom colour matching, conservative technique on healed tissue, and honest consultations — live and private with Evelyn from Canada. It is not a video library.
Tuition: $2,997 USD for the live online 1:1 Zoom course taught from Canada, or $3,697 USD with the training kit shipped to the US. Payment plans are available, e.g. $500 deposit + 3 x $999. See the US course page for what is included.
How tattoo and permanent cosmetics licensing works in Vermont (read carefully)
Vermont regulates tattooists, body piercers and permanent cosmetologists through OPR. See OPR Tattooists and 26 V.S.A. Chapter 79. Statute requires registration/licensure before practising. Tattooist pathways describe a substantial supervised apprenticeship (on the order of 1,000 hours within two years under a qualified supervisor) plus infection-control coursework. Permanent cosmetology has its own approved-course and practical-hour pathway. Important: the SKINEAV Certificate of Completion is advanced specialist training from Canada — not a Vermont license and not a replacement for OPR apprenticeship or permanent-cosmetics hours. Talk to OPR first if you are not yet licensed.

What Vermont artists ask before enrolling
"Count toward Vermont apprenticeship hours?" No.
"Permanent cosmetics only — body scars?" Body scar camouflage is typically tattooing. Ask OPR which credential covers body work.
"Enrol while apprentice?" Theory and practice-skin yes; client work must stay inside legal status and supervisor rules.

Your first camouflage clients in Vermont
Once legally able to take clients, start with existing relationships and careful documentation. No income promises.
How the course fits a Vermont beauty business
Licensed Vermont tattooists or permanent cosmetologists in registered shops can add camouflage after confirming scope with OPR. Unlicensed artists should complete OPR pathways first.
The course covers the full basics of camouflage, learning on practice skin, theory, machine and ink, pigment chemistry basics, and the business side: finding your audience, building a pricing strategy you set yourself, and spacing sessions properly. You can add the training kit, you receive a SKINEAV Certificate of Completion, and you get six months of mentorship with Evelyn afterwards. It does not promise clients or income. It gives you a skill, a method and someone to ask when a real case comes in.
See the US course overview for the full curriculum and format.
Licensing note: the SKINEAV Certificate of Completion shows you finished Evelyn's training. It is not a state license, permit or registration. Before you tattoo anyone in the US, check and follow the rules of your state, county and city.
