Accessibility statement

Everyone should be able to find, read and book.

Our commitment

SKINEAV wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and work toward WCAG 2.2 AA, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

What we have done

  • Semantic structure with landmarks, headings and a skip link
  • Text alternatives for images and written descriptions for silent videos
  • Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA
  • Full keyboard access to menus, accordions, sliders and forms, with visible focus
  • Pause controls for moving video; no video plays with sound
  • Reduced motion respected when your device asks for it
  • Labelled form fields with clear error messages
  • Layouts that reflow and stay usable at 200% zoom and beyond

Known limitations

Some older before-and-after photos are low resolution and include text in the image; their alternative text describes them. Instagram clips contain on-screen text that is summarised in each clip’s description.

Feedback and alternative formats

If anything here is hard to use, or you need information in another format, tell us and we will help: call +1 (437) 475-2757 or email Hello@skineav.com. We aim to respond within a few business days. We are also happy to discuss accessibility needs for your visit.
