Who we are

What we collect

When you contact us, request a photo assessment, book or enrol, we collect the details you give us: name, phone, email, your concern or course interest, messages and, if you choose to send them, photos of the area. We also record how you found us (for example, an ad campaign or search) so we can understand which channels work.

Photos of your skin

Photos are sensitive. We use them only to assess your skin and plan your treatment. They are seen only by SKINEAV staff involved in your care, are never used in marketing without your separate written consent, and are deleted when no longer needed.

How we use your information

To reply to you, assess suitability, arrange and remind you of appointments, process payments, provide aftercare and, only if you opt in, send you updates and offers. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Cookies and measurement

Strictly necessary storage remembers your cookie choice. With your consent only, we may use analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel, Google Ads). You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our business (for example, our booking and CRM platform, payment processor and email/SMS services). They may process data outside Canada under contracts that protect it.

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing Hello@skineav.com. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
