About Evelyn
Evelyn Alvares Vega is the founder of SKINEAV in Vaughan, Ontario. Her work is paramedical camouflage tattooing: custom-blended pigment that softens the colour contrast of scars, stretch marks, vitiligo and some pigmentation, so they draw less attention.
She has more than 10 years of experience in the paramedical tattoo field and holds many certifications, earned in different countries, across camouflage tattoo, permanent makeup (PMU) and scalp micropigmentation (SMP).
She specialises in custom pigment formulation and in the cases many artists turn away. She is known for saying “not yet” or “not for you” when camouflage isn’t the right answer.
As an educator she trains new and experienced artists through SKINEAV Academy, in person in Vaughan and online via Zoom, on technique, colour theory, ethics and the business side. In 2026 she was invited to share camouflage tattoo education at WULOP Canada.

The easiest way to start is a free phone call. If you'd rather meet in person, come in to the clinic. I'll look at your skin, test a colour on it and put together a plan for you. The in-clinic consult is $50 plus HST, and it's credited to your treatment if you go ahead. There's no pressure either way, and you'll know the price for your case before you decide anything.
