C-section scar camouflage for mothers across the GTA
A healed caesarean scar often settles paler than the skin around it. Camouflage tattooing reduces that contrast, one-on-one, in a private clinic in Vaughan.

A C-section scar is small compared with what it represents. Still, many mothers tell me they notice it every time they get dressed. It sits low, it is usually straight, and once it has matured it is often lighter than the skin around it. That colour difference is what camouflage works on.
How C-section scar camouflage works
At your consultation I look at the scar in good light, check your undertone and test a pigment I mix for you. During treatment I place that pigment into the lighter parts of the scar so it blends toward your natural tone. I do not tattoo a colour over the whole area. Precision matters more than coverage here.

When can you start?
- The scar must be fully healed and mature, which often takes many months.
- It should no longer be pink, red, tender, itchy or changing.
- Wait until you have finished breastfeeding. Read why I ask you to wait.
- If you are planning another pregnancy soon, talk to me about timing.

Stretch marks and the overhang
Many mothers also have stretch marks on the lower abdomen, and some have a little overhang of skin above the scar. Stretch marks that have faded to white or silver can often be camouflaged in the same plan. An overhang is a shape issue, not a colour issue, so camouflage cannot change it, but I can still work on the scar beneath if it is accessible. More in C-section scar overhang and camouflage.

Many clients need more than one session, spaced several weeks apart. After each session the area looks stronger, then softens as it heals. Keep it clean, avoid the sun and follow your aftercare. You can see real scar results from SKINEAV clients.
Practical details
The clinic is at 36 Bessemer Ct, Unit 1, in Concord, Vaughan, with free parking. Sessions are scheduled during the day, so many mothers book around school hours. The phone consult is free; the in-clinic consultation is $50 plus HST and credited to your treatment if you go ahead.
Frequently asked questions
How long after a C-section can I get camouflage?
Only once the scar is fully healed and mature, often many months, and after you have finished breastfeeding.
Can you treat my stretch marks at the same time?
White or silver stretch marks can often be included in the same treatment plan, assessed at your consultation.
Can camouflage fix the overhang above my scar?
No. Camouflage changes colour, not shape. The scar itself can still often be treated.
Will I need more than one session?
Many clients do. Scar tissue can hold pigment unevenly, so a follow-up session is common.
