Camouflage tattoo certification in Canada: what it really means
A certificate shows you completed training. It is not a licence. Here is the difference.

What a course certificate shows
That you completed a training programme with a specific educator, covering its curriculum. SKINEAV Academy students receive a certificate when they complete the course.
“In the beginning, your portfolio is everything. People need to see your work before they trust you with their skin.”
Evelyn Alvares Vega, SKINEAV Academy
What it does not replace
Personal service settings such as tattoo studios are regulated locally. In Ontario, public health units inspect premises and set infection control requirements. Check with your local public health unit and municipality about permits and inspections. See starting a camouflage business in Ontario.
