Scar camouflage course with Evelyn
Learn to assess scars honestly, mix pigment for real skin and place it with control. Three intensive days, in person in Vaughan or online via Zoom, with six months of mentorship after.

Scar camouflage is the part of paramedical tattooing where judgement matters most. A scar is not normal skin: it can be thicker, thinner, drier or less elastic, and it can take pigment very differently from the skin around it. This course is built around that reality.
What you learn
- Scar assessment: how scars form and mature, how to tell when a scar is ready, and when to say no.
- Colour theory and undertones: reading the skin around the scar, not only the scar itself.
- Custom pigment matching: building a formula for each client and testing it on the skin.
- Technique: needle choice, depth and hand speed on scar tissue, and why less is often more in the first session.
- Healing: what healed results look like, why scar tissue can release pigment unevenly, and how to plan follow-ups.
- Consultation and consent: setting honest expectations, contraindications and when to refer a client to a doctor.
- Business basics: building a portfolio safely, pricing and finding your first clients.
“In the beginning, your portfolio is everything. People need to see your work before they trust you with their skin.”
