Gym, swimming and saunas after camouflage tattooing
The first days after a session matter for an even result. Here is how to plan workouts, swimming and holidays around them.

Your treated skin is healing from many tiny controlled injuries. Heat, friction, sweat, water and sun can all disturb that healing. Follow the specific aftercare I give you for your area; this article explains the reasons.
Workouts
Sweat and friction can irritate a healing area. Choose lighter training that does not rub or stretch the treated skin for the first days, and ask me when you can return to full training for your area.
“We don’t fix texture, we fix color.”
Evelyn Alvares Vega, founder of SKINEAV
Swimming and soaking
Pools, lakes, the sea and hot tubs expose healing skin to water and bacteria. Avoid soaking until the area has healed.

Saunas, steam and hot yoga
Heat and heavy sweating are best avoided while healing.
