What to wear to your camouflage appointment

The right clothes make the session easier and the first days of healing more comfortable. A simple guide by body area.

What to wear at SKINEAV, Vaughan

Clients often ask this the day before. The rule is simple: easy access during the session, and soft, loose fabric over the area afterwards.

AreaWearAvoid afterwards
Abdomen or C-section scarLoose high-waist trousers or a dress, soft underwearTight waistbands, shapewear
Hips and thighsLoose shorts, wide trousers or a skirtSkinny jeans, leggings

Colours

Dark, older clothes are a good idea for the first day, in case a little fluid or pigment marks the fabric.

“We don’t fix texture, we fix color.”

Privacy

The session is one-on-one in a private room. I only uncover the area we are working on, and you can bring a robe or wrap if you feel more comfortable.
