Q&A · Honesty
Can scar camouflage remove scars?
No. Paramedical camouflage does not cut, laser-away, or dissolve scar tissue. It places custom skin-tone pigment to reduce colour contrast. Texture and shape usually stay. That honesty is why results look natural when you are a fit.

What this search usually means
Google still surfaces “remove scars” next to camouflage. We answer the literal question so you do not book the wrong modality.
What helps vs what does not
Helps: colour-only goals on flatter, lighter scars. Does not help: expecting keloids or deep texture to vanish with pigment alone.
Real results and real moments

How a careful plan looks
If someone sold you “removal,” ask what tool they meant (surgery, laser, needling). Pigment is a different job.

Frequently asked questions
What about raised scars?
Raised or highly textured scars are often poor pigment-only candidates. We say so up front.
Will this erase my scar or marks?
No. Camouflage blends colour on suitable tissue. Texture often remains. Results vary.
How do I find out if I am a candidate?
Call 437-475-2757 for a free phone consult with Evelyn, or send clear daylight photos through the free assessment page. You will get an honest answer, including “not yet” or “this is not a good fit” when that is the truth.
Do you serve only Vaughan?
Treatments are planned for the Greater Toronto Area within roughly 25 miles of the Vaughan clinic. Courses are available in Canada in person or online, with Zoom options for US artists.
